Policies paid by direct debit

If you are an existing customer and pay by direct debit instalments then rest assured that your policy will automatically renew and you will have no break in cover.  All you need to do is make sure your details are accurate, tell us if your circumstances have changed and make sure that the policy still suits your needs.

When can I expect my renewal invitation?

We will upload your new renewal documents, along with your policy booklet and summary, onto your online account approximately 21 days before your renewal date. We will also send you a copy of your renewal documentation with details of your new monthly instalments.

How do I view my documents and new Certificate of Motor Insurance?

To view your documentation, log onto your online account using your Username and password through the ‘manage your policy online’ button. Please note that you may only view your new Certificate of Motor Insurance once your policy has been renewed either on or after your policy start date. 

What do I need to do to renew my policy?

All you need to do is make sure that your details are accurate and that we are aware of any changes in your circumstances such as claims or convictions occurred in the last year. Any errors on the policy may affect your cover or lead to you being uninsured. Please also double check your contact details such as your mobile number and email address. 

If all of your information is correct then you do not need to do anything and your policy will automatically renew. If your details have changed, please contact our Customer Service team on 0345 604 3683 as soon as possible. Our credit provider, Close Premium Finance, will write to you with confirmation of your direct debit payments and the dates they will be collected. Please make a note of the new direct debit dates.
