Making a claim

Even the safest of drivers can have an accident, suffer damage to their car or even have it stolen. Don’t worry, we’re here to make things as simple as possible if you need to make a claim on your policy.

Immediately after any incident, you should report it to us by calling our 24 hour Claims Helpline on 0345 604 3574. Even if you haven’t decided whether to make a claim or not, or don’t plan to, please call to notify us of your incident as this will allow us to protect your, your insurer’s and our interests at an early stage.

Our aim will be to give you all the assistance we can and help your insurer progress your claim as swiftly as possible, including checking the cover of any Optional Extras that you may have purchased.
